Can I share my package with someone else?
Packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
What happens if I miss a class?
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the class, your credit will be returned. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the credit.
Can I get a refund?
Unused packages can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Partially used packages are non-refundable.
Do credits expire?
Yes, credits expire at the end of the validity period shown for each package.
